Is there a graph that shows what psi the 1200 blower makes at different rpms, with different sized pulleys?

 

Not without doing some digging, but can tell you if it helps you out at all, that blower I found makes right about 3psi more at peak rpm with the same size pulley compared to the other NV1000 or NV1220.

I see about 17psi ave with a 3.2" at 8400rpm. And a bit more pressure seen in the colder months.

I'm thinking of going with 3.4-3.6" pulley. My goal is 400whp.
