Default SOS stage 2, only making 110whp gain. HELP!

EDITED: Added Tables/Graphs

Hi all!

Im new here.

I'm from the Philippines and I just bought a JDM '00 AP1 with 42,000km in its odometer.

I have heard a lot of good stuff from S2000's and I have been reading a lot in the forums here.

After a lot of reviews, I decided to take the supercharger route to upgrade my car via SOS stage2 SC.
I have a 4" pulley, a 1200 blower, ID1000 injectors, AEM320 Pump, AEM EMS v2., SOS 3bar Map Sensor, and an upgraded Heat Exchanger.

At 95octane pump gas,I dynoed 214whp before installing the kit via dynapak. I have a test pipe and a 2.5" single exhaust.

Upon reading SOS stage 2 reviews and advertised info from the SOS site, gains should at least be 140whp with a 4.4" pulley @ 9psi.
Since I upgraded to a smaller pulley of 4.0" having a boost pressure of 11psi, I was expecting something like 150 to 160 whp gain.

Much to my dismay, Dynapak only showed me 323whp or 109whp gain after installation and tuning.....

I feel really really REALLY terrible. Can any of you SOS gurus help me out?

Below are my charts. Unfortunately, I cant get hold of the spark ignition table since it's saved on the laptop of the tuner. Im still waiting for him to send me a copy.

What information do you guys need to address my problem?

I know Fuel Octane and atmospheric pressure is different here compared to the USA, but is the loss of power that much???? And if indeed there is a lot of power loss due to temperature, atmosphere, and fuel, shouldn't the 214whp base also be lower?

Is my belt slipping? I see big dips on my TQ table and HP "Flattens" on 4.5k 5.8k and dips on 8.2k The Boost doesn't seem to be affected by it though. Is my AFR rich or lean?

Thanks guys.

Had a retune a few weeks after and here's my power chart:

214 hp is high for a stock car .did you use the same dyno operator and were conditions similar? I have a comptech supercharger large aftercooler small water meth shot 8-9 psi made 320 at 9 psi at 100f temp out side so your numbers look about right I was run on dyno dynamics which read lower that the rest just a thought or your tune is conservative if you have a standalone bring timing in till it knocks and back off I like to have 11.7 afr up on the high cam and 12's below hope you get it sorted and fyi most stock cars dyno 195-200hp

Sorry forgot to mention I have a test pipe and a single 2.5" exhaust installed. Maybe that's why it made 214whp.

And yes I had the same dyno operator and the conditions similar.

Did you see 9psi? If so you should be around 330-350. It's a range. Assuming the dyno was calibrated the same as your base dyno your not that bad off.

I would verify peak boost and the tune. Maybe post up the ignition tables.

I believe it was calibrated the same way. I'll try posting tables tomorrow.

Hmm... If a 4.0" sos charger can produce 330whp, how come this guy's 3.8" produces a whole lot more? Can 0.2" be that much of a difference?
