In a way I hope you do infact had the 145mm crank.

It will show the reliability of the blower/kit even with the 145mm pulley.
You have had your kit on almost as long as William has. 1.5 years with a 145mm crank

If you have the 145mm you absolutely need to get up to Huntsville so we can get it on the dyno and get some numbers It will be free for you even if I must pay for it myself..
Cant beat that offer!!!!

Now where did that damn 145mm pulley go again???

Put it on a dyno and see if your boost gauge/MAP are accurate.

I get 10-11 psi with the 135mm pulley I was getting 6-8 psi with the 126mm pulley.

I think Neptuner's kit shpped before I had SOT build the 135mm and 145mm pulleys for me.

Yes, it would be good to get it dyno'd. There are not many decent choices nearby.

The idea that valve timing could cause this is interesting. I have adjusted the valves before but the valve timing has never been intentionally changed. In fact, the head has never been removed so I expect that the valve timing is the same as when the car left the factory.

Has anyone experienced or heard of valve timing being off and causing higher than anticipated boost pressure?

Has anyone dyno'd an S2000 at APP and seen if their Dynojet reads high/low/average?

Neptuner can you measure your nose pulley for me?

using camuman's (AP2 ) My (AP2) and WLAURENT (AP1) comparable supporting mods/setups

On the 126mm

AP1= 6-8 psi
AP2= 5.75-6 psi

135mm

AP1= 10-11
AP2= 7.5-8.5

142mm crank
AP1= who whats to try it
Ap2= coming soon

Is the differences between the AP1's and AP2s displacements and cam profiles making that big of a psi difference....

I need more data to say yes but the data so far points to yes.

But that still does not explain why Neptuner's psi is so hi.
based on the numbers above he is runnign about 2 psi higher then expected.
