I think its about that time to get some new spark plugs. Im adding a 50 shot of nitrous to my s2000 so I thought that would give me more reason to get some new ones.

Which spark plugs do you prefer?
Any experience with more than just the ones you prefer?
How much do they cost?
How long should they last?

From searching, I've seen NGK are pretty good, but couldn't find too much on anything else. I also want some that will last more than a few years. My father sells Bosch and other stuff wholesale so if those are good, then I'd go with those.

Thanks!
I use the NGK BKR7E. I've tried a few others on the dyno and this one performs the best. Very cheap (2-3$ each) and available everywhere. I'm running a GT35R at 10psi.

Are the BKR7E 1 step colder or no? If not would the r5672a be better to use on a turbo application?
The BKR7E is a colder plug. I forget if it's 1 or 2 steps though.

I think I'm going to try these plugs since I need to buy some tonight. I'm pushing 400rwhp on 11psi right now, what would you recommend gapping them at?
I would say anywhere b/n .028 & .030 should be good.

So for the greddy kit, which NGKs should I get? Keep in mind, I will not, and refuse to gap them myself. Pre-gapped only.

BKR7E is what I run... 1 step colder. If you hit the point of dropping compression (over 400whp) I'd recommend 2 steps colder and so on.

Use the search Iridium and turbo F20/22c = no good.

11:1 @ 7.5psi

360whp.

They don't seem to be 1 step colder. They are the same as OEM no? According to the above chart, the stock heat range is 7, and 1 step colder is 8.
