This is actually good advice.

You can argue that you were ________ car lengths/ feet in front of the vehicle behind you and thus were not racing.

Although he probably saw you while you were still racing and it took his slow ass that long to finally catch you guys.
yeah i am going to try it. We were in the same lane to. The Cobra was retarded loud! My car is loud but that thing was ridiculous so i know thats what attracted the cops attention. I am still trying to find a lawyer. I called the ones on base here and they cant help me for out in town incidents. This sucks! I have been doing it for the last 5 yrs when i got my license. i guess my luck finally ran out.

Provoking you? A car provoked you to mash the accelerator?

How is that supposed to work exactly?

Might as well say the voices in your head made you do it.

The distance is going to be your friend...

Unless he has video...

[QUOTE=3ngin33r1,Apr 18 2008, 07:54 AM]Then pay the fine and be done with it.

You were cited by the officer correctly.

Out of all the ticketing threads I've seen here over the years, I think MAYBE two or three of them were unwarranted tickets.
