Default sr20 conversion ?
anyone ever fitted an sr20 into a s2k ? i know people have done 2jz but surely sr20 has to be a good swap ?

No, the SR20 is ancient compared to the F20/22. I'm a Nissan guy that had a SR20 powered car for 10 years. Think of it this way, a SR20DET needed a turbo to make ~210hp. A F20/22 does 240hp NA. Just add some boost to the F20/22 and it'll do well over 400whp on 93 octane in the US, which is I think about 98RON. Maybe 100RON. Either way, pump gas. Just check out the thread on PTuning's turbo kit.

Sadly I must agree. I've built a couple sr20det 240's and I LOVED playing with the sr, but compared to an f20.... it just falls short.

Yeah, agree. I´m a Nissan guy but the F is just great, lower prices and more engine parts to choose from every day.
