I can make it even worse, if my engine reach the limit I´ll mount a Volvo 5-cyl. Got a few race built in stock and just love the sound.
They have the rpm´s, power and hard to kill, one of the best engines ever.

Go with the swap if you think it´s easier for you but please think about the electrical parts, adapters and other parts you need to make it work.
I think it´s cheaper if you stay F and buy the stuff in USA, use this forum.

but what your not doing is reading my thread my standard engine has blown !!! so im not just doing a swap for the hell of it so rebuilding my engine then paying for a turbo kit is way more expensive like i have already said !
That post was from me on my freinds name by accident...

And I did read everything but its irrelivant. F20c longblocks are cheaper than sr20det nowdays. Check forums for sale threads. And thats not to mention all the other money for mounts, wiring , and all other conversion needs. And the point of what I was saying is it is a complete waste of time regardless of money. Slap another F20 in, if ur not satified then boost it.
If you want to swap something worse in just to be different then go ahead but ppl have already done it and I havnt been impressed by anything I';ve seen....
Just my two cents but it seems like everyone agrees

i wouldnt do it, its a down grade. the only good thing to come out of it is the torch. i wouldnt swap anything in a s2k, unless its a 2jz, or a RB26. BTW has anyone seen a RB26 motor in a s2k?
