Default stage 4 r35 gtr

Will be running a turbo s2000 circa 550 flywheel, 370 lb ft from a dig say 30 mph would I lose badly?

Gtr is circa 580 bhp not sure of torque but will be hell of a lot more than my s2000.

Thanks

The GTR trans is what makes that car so effective. You might have better power to weight, but you’re fighting a car with superior traction and technology. If you can shift/drive your car well it should be a pretty close race.

It will be more favorable for you to start your run near 60mph/3rd gear start.

Maybe if you had slicks you might stand a chance. But on the street your will get smoked. Even though the s2000 is way lighter with a much better power to weight ratio you will still need more hp than a gtr to win because of the gtr's superior traction, transmission and superior technology.

Stock gtr's do the 1/4 mile in 10.9-11.2 at a very low trap speed in the low 120's due to the crazy good traction and transmission.

Most s2000's that run 10.9 are over 600whp and trap at or over 130mph and are on drag radials or slicks.

You need at least 700hp to smoke a gtr making 500+

Hmm. I don't think that's true. There is a video of a 700hp s2k running a 600+ hp gtr and it was a fairly close race.
