I was also gonna say that if you mail the blower to Paxton, they will do a full rebuild for about $300...but replacing a couple bearings for a few bucks sounds like a better option.
CT engineering does it for $425 if you send it to them. Called them up before I bought a used kit to see what I was in for if I needed a rebuild, I think they just send the blower to Paxton so if you can go right to Paxton for $100 bucks less, thats even better. But I'm interested in doing all things myself if it doesn't take any special tooling.

I ordered the ABEC 7 kit from supercharger rebuilds. Really I just needed the seals, but figured I might as well do the bearings while I had it apart. If you are mechanically inclined, like tinkering with things, and have the tools then it's not too bad. You need a press and impact gun along with basic tools. There are 2 different sizes of output shaft seals, I was sent the wrong one.

I also didn't use one pair of the bearings because the ones already installed looked perfect. I think they were for the output shaft, they were the larger of the 2 pairs. I'll sell at a discount if you want them.

I'd find out exactly what a "basic" rebuild is. I was afraid of sending it in and then finding out it was going to be more than I expected. If they will replace both seals and bearings for $425, then I'd probably just send it in.

Yeah thats the problem, I dont have an impact wrench or heat gun and my fear is I crack it open and get half way done and then am in a bind to have to send it in and spending more money after all said and done, is sounded good at first but now i'm thinking just send it in and not worry about getting wrong parts and what not. If you already have the right tools and know what it takes then I'd say do it. CT told me the $425 basic rebuild included replacement of all the bearings and seals in the blower.

So what are the steps to take the supercharger off the bracket if I wanted to do this and send it in...

you need an impact to get off the allan screws that hold it to the bracket. and there's some lock nuts nuts that should come off pretty easy. the instructions for upgrading the bracket say you need to use an impact on the allen screws or else you will strip them.

Great well if I have to purchase an impact wrench to get the blower off, I might as well do the bearing rebuild too.

thats the link i mentioned earlier.
they sell a rebuild kit for the novi1000, but im not sure of how it is priced yet, i cant find much info on what bearings are in the blower.
the abec-7 kit (57k rpm) is what is in there stock. the rebuild kit is $450
you can go to the abec-9 kit which will hold the higher rpms and smaller pulleys better.
So is the ABEC 5 or 7 stock in the Comptech kit for the S2K, im seeing 2 different opinions here.

Bumping this.

Does anyone has any tips/directions to disassemble the blower and torque settings?. I will be installing a rebuild kit (full 928 motorsports rebuild kit), any help would be most appreciated.

Cheers
