Still getting belt slip.. options?
I have some safety protocols in place like the safety wire from the controller going to my aen v2 to kick in boost cut and a different map but the way my o2feedback is set up theres enough head room for 93 to carry me and I am good on 93 till 15psi before I get much knock so I would drop my limiter to 7500 rpm till I can fix the problems I will be going multi port and using a nitrous solenoid that's meth safe to control flow so there's no siphoning in vacuum. it will be 4 4gph injectors so 1200 cc on 70/30 meth.
Thats a ton of injection, I wouldnt be suprised if you over flooded the cylinders depending on how early you start injecting. I think you can achieve the headroom you need in timing up top with half of that. I ran 180cc nozzles in each runner and felt it was a bit on the saturated side for the 18psi i was running. Id shoot for around 130-150cc. Smaller is better atomization which is much more crucial when going multi port, because there is no time for a heavy spray to mix and atomize with the in coming air such as a single pre TB port does. Ive run both ways, and Pre TB is best for IAT cooling and crating a denser more efficient charge, but its not meant to be relied upon for power/timing tuning because of uneven cylinder distribution. So multi port is the safe way to go for max power, but only if you size the injectors right, and make sure your running more then the min comon measly 150psi pump. Run a 200psi + pump at least. And dont run a progressive controller with multi port either, make sure its a single 100% on/off injection for again optimum atomization.
You have the right idea with the stronger meth to water % though. This will help compensate some for poor atomization if the system is lacking at all. Meth burns and water doesn't, so its better to air on more meth with heavier delivery amounts. Ive tried 100% meth, but it made me nervous, mostly because its corrosive, and having some amount of water to dilute it I think is smart. I settled on 70 to 80% meth balance to water.
Multi port is exciting, I agree with Junky there though, what you've said will be way too much. I'm only using the mid sized nozzle and it was absolutely fine for 17psi from what the tuner said but I'm running 100% Meth.
I'm a bit nervous too Junky but it's been on quite a few runs and there hasn't been any issues yet. I think the worry for me was it spraying out of the BOV's into the engine bay but it didn't look like much if any was coming out and if it did, not enough to worry.
I've heard that it can screw with the TPS though after a while. I'll bring this up at tuning, maybe they can put some sealant on it or something.

There has been TPS issues spraying pre TB with the stocker. I got around that by running the modified OEM unit from SOS. Its not only a larger TB but the seals and O rings have all been modified from SOS specifically to run with meth injection. I never experienced a TPS problem in the 8 some years ive had my SOS TB and about 60k of that had meth running through it.
I'm going to ask the shop if they can do anything with the seals so i don't have more delays with getting this thing on the road!
Some goodies came! Excellent workmanship from ASP as always... The 7.5" pulley is massive but lighter than my 6.5" one as ASP lightened it by removing a lot of the excess material. The waterpump pulley is heavy though as it had to be made from steel for strength as it's thin.

So running without baffles and after 2000 miles I am now only seeing 16.5-17.4 psi boost and the car isn't wanting to rev past 8250rpm though all limiters are around 8700rpm also having so.e idle issues. After BMT fall tour was over and I checked the car over I pulled the coil packs and found I had oil in 3 of the tubes so I replaced the seals which where not cracked nut very soft dried the coil packs checked plugs and put it back together. Could the coils be bad? I also have started having some idle issues where it will go full rich then full lean or die . I seemed to get that tuned out with idle control injector scaling and fuel trim adjustment but all this at the same time seems odd gonna swap coils and then o2sensor see of either make a difference.
