Stock fuel lines and E85
I'd suggest running -8AN for Feed / -6AN for return.
From what I remember, -8AN feed lines would support 1000whp. This is normally for pump-race fuel. Evans website for HP goals on the K say -10AN/-8AN for 700+HP, and I know your getting there
I know you like to play it safe so I'd probably just suggest running -8/-6 for your setup. I really doubt you'll need -10AN unless your going over 1000whp! Here is a link to Evan's thing:

Yes, I know it's for a K-series. But the setups are similar in relation to HP and setups. Hope it helps some. AEM also has some fuel pointers in their .PDF files when you download AEM Pro. They list similar recommendations for fuel setups.

Im making 620whp on stock fuel lines and E85 no problem. Im using the Bosch 044 inline pump which is a great alternative to duel pumps fed by a intank walbro and have had no problems. Just make sure you have a fuel pressure reg.
I wanted to go to e85 since they put in some more locations close by, but i also wanted to be able to switch back to 93 if i go on a trip or something, what would be the easiest way to do that?
i know i can have maps for the 2 different fuels, but as far as parts to replace to make it as easy as possible to just switch maps once i run the fuel out. right now i have ID1000s, kpro, single walbro.
if i got the bosch inline, and an adjustable fpr, then set the fuel pressure a little higher, would that be sufficient for a good tune making 450 whp on 93 and 500-550 whp on e85?

Drain the fuel tank, fill in the new fuel, and load in the correct fuel tune.
The way that a few of empty our tanks is to hook up a drain hose off of our InlinePro fuel rails, set the pumps to prime for 30 seconds and keep turning the key on and off till it primes out. All of the people that I know had stuff messed up by IP so they sent us all free fuel rails lol. What a coincidence.

Get 2 tunes. 1 on E85 and 1 on 93. Don't mess with your fuel pressure or anything between the two. Have the difference from E85 to 93 only in the tune file if you want to keep it easy.

Me and my tuner were just talking about running e85 as well. What they do is use two in tank fuel pumps on a hanger like the full blown and an external bosch 44 pump. They then use an after market fuel rail like the inline pro fuel rail and run an extra line to it so that it actually feeds fuel from both sides of the rail. They use this setup and so far it has supported a 600 whp car with no problems and they plan on upping the power to 800whp soon. I hope this helps. Also you will need larger injectors.
