The bolts that will cause the head to lift are normally reused headbolts. I made this comment back then because Tinker (Cody from LoveFab) had reused his headbolts and when he got to 16 psi, the head started to lift. If you use new headbolts, you shouldnt have a problem but I still prefer the ARP headstuds because they are not a stretch to yield torque type of fastener like the OEM's. ARP's will always be stronger than those.

I've re-used mine and run 28psi all day long on the road course and haven't lifted my head yet

The ONLY advantage I see to the ARP studs is convenience, the factory bolts are more than adequate. As far as convenience is concerned the torque procedure is easier and other than that you can reuse more times than the factory.
