Default strange situation at the dyno..

im located in Orlando fl and i had my block fully built by inline-pro. here is my situation, am at the dyno and everything starts perfectly fine until we start to hit 14 lbs of boost. car did 490rwhp at 14 lbs and at 18 lbs of boost the car does 380 rwhp, but the car starts to run rich all by itself, the tuner leans the car out as much as he could and the car still runs super rich at 14 lbs, at the same time the voltage drops. we didn't get to finish the tuning cause of this issue. so i took it home and removed the spark-plugs, i notice that cylinder 1,2&4 spark-plugs are the same burning properly but #3 is black, so the first thing that came to my head is that one of the coils went bad on me and its not burning the gas properly so i put new spark-plugs and moved the coils around to see what happens. i went for a ride and stepped on the car one more time. same-thing happens car is still running rich. i removed the spark-plugs again and cylinder #3 was black and 1,2,4 are burning fine. so i don't think is the coils, now im thinking is the injector in that cylinder that is stuck open or something!! so i sent out my injectors to fuel injector clinic down at Miami for cleaning and flow test to see what happens. i also just installed a brand new alternator and battery because the voltage at 14 lbs drops but i haven't tested it out just yet cause am waiting on the injectors to come back. if this doesn't fix the problem what can be causing this ??? any suggestions ?? please PM me is you have any info.. thank you!!!

What fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator are you running? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Know what your base fuel pressure is?

Hopefully its just the injector. If it was the fpr, they all would be doing that. You should of swapped injectors around before sending them out. Who's doing the tune?

compression on 3?

I had that happen to me on my old h22. No compression would also cause it to run rich and foul the plug.

I hope its the injector!

i have dual pump hanger with 2 full-blown 340 pumps, aem fuel pressure regulator.am running ID2000 injectors, but i bought them used from kings performance. kings performance is tuning my car. i already send the injectors out so am just gonna wait on them but i should of moved them around before sending them out.. i also hope is an injector and not low compression on that cylinder ...im still breaking in the motor, it only has about 20 miles on it...super wiered if it does have low compression...i hope not!!

any other suggestions ???
