Make sure the injector trigger wire is not grounding out on anything. Ive seen this happen before causing an injector to intermintnetly hamg wide open filling the cylinder with fuel.

just got a call from fuel injector clinic and they told me that the flow test came out perfect and the injectors none of them were stuck open or anything like that. they are working properly. I should be getting the injectors back in the next two day and am going to install new spark-plugs and run the car again and see if anything changes. So its not the injectors... NOW WHAT ??? am gonna do a compression test on #3 and see the number!! and check the wiring to make sure the trigger wire on the injectors is not making any contact with any type of ground.

I know it's going rich but are you sure it isn't oil ? Spark plug tube seals on these cars suck

the tubes seals are new and there is no oil in side of the spark-plug where the coil goes in...the other side of the spark-plug that faces the piston, that's where is black...as soon as the injectors come back ill see what happens cause I did install a new alternator that I haven't test it out just yet..am thinking that maybe the injector just needed more voltage but again it weird that its only in that one cylinder not on the others..

* I really appreciate everyone's help. thanks !!*

so we will continue to figure out what the issue is..

I cant wait to fix this so I can go to meets, haven't been to a meet in a long long time!! lol

Could it be the coil pack on #3? You could swap #3 and #4 coil pack without switching spark plugs, run it like that for a bit, then pull #4 spark plug and see if it is black then too? If so, then the issue moved with the coil pack and the coil pack may be going bad.

I just had a coil pack die on me, but it was just misfiring all the time, not doing what your's is doing... not sure if coil packs just die all of a sudden or if they die a slow death, lol.
