I'll likely supercharge my S2000.

I don't think, however, than a supercharged S could ever run sub 7 sec 60-130. I'd love to be proven wrong...

Hmmm. Well I wish I had some harder evidence to go from for you. G tack would be fun. I know that the right supporting mods are helpful, like a sub 10lb flywheel and the right gear ratios to get that motor to react. Response is important, which a SC car has for an advantage. You have to have the right power to weight, but its delivery is important too. I know my car reacts violently, snapping my head back in 3rd gear, instant response from 60-90mph and I'm shifting to 4th within 2.5-3 seconds max. 4th gear wont quite get you to 120mph though so that's what's going to hurt the time the most. If it were to 115 it would be a different story. 3.90 gear ratio might make the difference but then you are going to need to up the trq a bit. I think an SC is a more then able platform to work with if you have the right set up.

Looks like a base kit. That clearly isnt going to make the mark.

I timed it, was 10.5sec 60-120

So i'm still going to have to stand by my 6-7 sec time. Probably closer to the 7's somewhere.
