Default Supercharger

Hi Guys..I'm looking at superchargers for my 2006 2.0L UK Spec S2000 and i like the idea of a centrifugal sc and i'm looking at Vortech. However i can't see they make a sc for the 2.0L engine. They only seem to have one listed for the 2.2L. Any suggestions on some good superchargers out there?
Also with these bolt on sc kits do i need to do anything to the engine or can i leave it stock. I have been told i need to change the pistons to lower the compression??

Many Thanks

Seb

So, in moving this post, was there any follow up information? I also am interested in what kit would work for a 2005 2.2, and also if any further modification would be necessary.

My S2K is getting ready to make a long trip down to Florida to get turbo'd from a well known/respected company... That being said we are not touching my engine or pistons. I am only shooting for 400ish whp so not really concerned about lowering the compression and changing the pistons out. Once I get bored of 400 and decide to go higher then the motor will get built to withstand the higher HP. Hope this helps!

With any of the base centrifugal SC kits you don't have to change anything really. The OEM internals will handle much more power than that.

I got the same spec F20C2 EUDM 2008 and i am also looking for a supercharger kit, i think TTS Rotrex kit is suitable for our cars. However, i drive my car daily in summers and i do not want to hear a loud supercharger whistle, i heard that the HKS kit is really quiet but i am not sure it fits our cars or not.

Have a read on this forum. All the information is there for you.

This is the best kit IMO

http://www.scienceofspeed.com/produc...erchargers.asp

or search TTS Supercharger kit, as they're based on Silverstone England
