With you being US based, I'd say SoS.

I have vortech. I would assume SOS at same boost level would be about the same.
I voted SOS as it seems to be the top runner in the centri class.
The supercharger I want the most is the SOT however. Think that would be the most fun for a daily driver. Roots powerband would feel much faster I think.
Stage one Tuning is on it's last legs. Baker dropped production, and while an x employee is putting kits together, they don't include everything for plug and play. You would have to wonder if anything went wrong, if parts would be available or not. Plus, after looking at some pics, it just looks ugly (Obviously, I'm a car show guy, sooooo pretty is better!)

Lots of votes for the SOS, but you indicate problems with self lubricating models. Frankly, I was looking at this as a plus not a minus. If you could elaborate on the problem, I'm all ears.

Ah damn. Too bad to hear. Was hoping to get that kit at some point. Would love the powerband from one of those!

There has been a handful of failures with the SL model recently.

I would have to say that the main reason most like the SOS is because it is upgradeable (very good idea & also would be my 2nd choice).

I think that Kraftwerks would be even better if they would offer the C38 as an option. I have experienced both (on different cars) and still like the Kraftwerks better. Very smooth and quiet. I've had no problems yet with just over 8700miles on my kit.

Just my opinion.
