You make the crank pulley extend out 0.281 and the supercharger pulley extend out 0.281. Because the pulleys are extending different directions you need 0.56 movement on the supercharger to line up the pulleys.

Not necessarily, if the blower is sized appropriately for the duty/ IE speed/boost. Which based on Sideways explanation of this upgraded blower, it is - being more efficient in the operating range being run. That means cooler IAT.

I like water/meth injection, but with a low comp engine with a good IAT, its not always required to be safe. It is pretty incredible that this set up is being run on strait 91oct, if I recall accurately?

Actually it was pinging on 91 and I ended up using 95 octane.

That's not surprising at all, considering what your yielding currently, but I hadn't heard different so thanks for clarifying.

Do you have any AIT logs or data, I’d be very interested to see what they are like during a WOT pull.

Would it even be worth going to a setup like this for target boost levels around 15-16psi?

I've got a 3.2" ASP pulley on my v2 right now and I'm only making ~10-11psi at 8600rpm on F22.
