You make the crank pulley extend out 0.281 and the supercharger pulley extend out 0.281. Because the pulleys are extending different directions you need 0.56 movement on the supercharger to line up the pulleys.
I like water/meth injection, but with a low comp engine with a good IAT, its not always required to be safe. It is pretty incredible that this set up is being run on strait 91oct, if I recall accurately?

Not necessarily, if the blower is sized appropriately for the duty/ IE speed/boost. Which based on Sideways explanation of this upgraded blower, it is - being more efficient in the operating range being run. That means cooler IAT.
