Cool. Do you have any more information? Same owners? What's been going on?

the car is not an evo. it wont be like your 350whp evo. even if you have 350 whp. Anyone can drive a 350 whp evo. There awd and forgive mistakes. the same doesn't apply with the s2k. be careful.

Your only choice is now Vortech, or a used Comptech SC.
Nothing else has CARB certification.

Anyone who says you can't feel the difference it will make is either joking, jaded, or a complete idiot.
Its not that you CANT feel the diffrence. Its just not a big enough diffrence to be like WOW this this is FI. I too have been in my share of 7-8 psi SC s2000 and hontestly they didnt feel that much faster than stock. Especially from a 5mph roll its like wait wait wait vtec wa.. THERE IT IS. To me it just "feels" like it only pulls a little harder on the top end. Which is why i chose turbo after riding in the first TC s2k i rode in... In my car with 6psi and 310whp from a 5 roll its more like wait, 4Krpm HOLY SHIT IM SQUIRLY AND REVING SO FAST THAT IM BOUNCING OFF THE REV LIMITER before i can blink. Oh and somewhere in there was vtec but you pass it so fast you dont relize its even there. While a supercharged s2000 with the same whp #'s is probably just as fast from a dig, the butt dyno just doesnt register the same way with a sc as it does with a turbo.

DISCLAMER: I never been in a sc'd s2k with more boost than 7-8psi that so im speaking from that point of view. Im sure that you could definitely tell a huge diffrence if riding in sideways 500hp vortec s2k.

LOL, BTW, when I'm in a hurry I just dump the clutch so the engine is never below VTEC, and that eleminates most of the waiting.
