The internals should still be good. If he gets another one and has problems with it later down the line he could always just swap the internals.

The seller should have ups pick it up and they deal with insurance claim. An send u a new one but this time f@#king freight it.

i know i can replace the bell housing, i found them online for around 600$, 920$ from toyota, but ups should just buy me a new one, the box it came it has arrows showing which side should be up, and ups slammed it upside down with some serious force to do this, i hate them and their children
