Swaintech or Jethot? Coating

where do I go to get this Jethot 2000 that you speak of?
I dont think I have to worry about motor mounts,I presume that was with a Bottom mounted Turbo?
I will go with either Swaintech, or Jet-hot have everything Coated and WRAPPED,except for the manifold I will just coat that, and I will leaveFusebox, just angle it, and throw my battery in the trunk, along with my Methanol injection kit, having it in the fender allowed water to get in their and looks like it started to corrode some stuff.
One thing that worries me is with two Dumptubes, where the hell is there going to be any room for them to not touch stuff?

i would get everything coated, then wrap everything after. you can never have enough heat protection!
My 2 cents, dont get caught up in numbers. Meaning JETHOT 49,000... jet black super cool 850...
or what have you.... Just call them up and tell them you want the best etc... From my experience the only HPC facility that can do the most extreme heat resistant coating is the OKLAHOMA CITY facility. I would call them and ask for a guy named "cruz"! he has worked there forever and knows what all the options are. IMO, coating the inside of the manifold is of most importance to me, it protects the manifold for one and also helps the heat to exit rather than to be obsorbed. Here is my J's header after my overheating incedent with oklahoma city coating inside and out.

and inside the manifold... (hard to tell but the coating is white)
lol, dont worry about the names except for jethot2000 is the actual name of their product and it works on turbo manifolds. No offense, that manifold doesnt get nearly as hot as a turbo mani. Looks just like jethot2000 though.
If wrapping the manifold is bad because it keeps the heat in, I would imagine coating is just as bad, unless they coat the inside, either way I will do some type of coating I want to make sure I do my entire setup the right way
Looks like Jethot2000 may be as good if not have an edge over Swaintech, and they seem to be slightly cheaper. I will go with whichever one is better, not too concerned with price but apparently Jethot2000 coats the inside of themanifold and thats where I would think it matters most, unless of coarse is flakes off in chunks and gets spun through the turbo but i dont think that will happen. They also have the option in black which Iwould prefer over the White color from Swaintech

yeah i will put it in the fender
, being my Meth kit will be in my trunk anyway
I dunno I heard its not good to do external coating only, but then I hear that its risky to have the inside in case it flakes then it gets sucked through the turbo

At any rate... good luck
304 is not meant to take the heat that a turbo motor produces. There is currently a thread in the welding/fab forum on Honda tech talking about this.
I heat wrapped my manifold, but that was cuz my fusebox was still there. Now there is nothing there (no wiring, no eps/fuse box) so I am going to take the wrap off my manifold to help it hold up better.
If you do coat a manifold, inside only would be best for the mani itself. But that wouldn't help that much to protect the important and fragile (heat sensitive plastic/wiring) stuff around it.

Coating the manifold in jet hot 2000 will keep the heat away from the actual steel used in the manifold as well as the welds. This, in turn, will extend the life of a tubular manifold dramatically. I have had Cody's GT1 manifold since late 05, i am the first person he made it for and i had it jet hot 2000 coated within 6 months of getting it put on the car. I have not had one problem with heat nor any manifold weld issues. Jet hot 2000 is a very good product and i highly recommend it. Also, they coat the inside along with the outside of the manifold and if i remember right, it was about $200.
