Smile Things started to run bad...

Ok, finally there are so many small things to piss me off, that I desided to ask my fellow FI brothers for help.

UPDATE

1.My drivers side fan stoped working "just like that", if connected to another Honda it works like new.The AC collector and drivers side fan share the same bunge of wires (2+2) running from the passanger side. I check all fuses, no luck there. WILL CHECK THE GROUNDS TODAY
2.My A/C does not chill, this time I don't even hear the compressor switching on.
3.My heater dose not heat, I feel some sort of warmer air coming out, but before it would burn my fingers on max. setting. Anything to do with the vented hood or heater hose bent to make the turbo fit?FIXED-FOUND OUT THE HEATSHIELD WAS BLOCKING THE CONTROL FOR THE HEATER
4.It started idling over 16.9-17.2 "just like that", in full boost I am still there at 11.8-11.9 as the day of AEM EMS tuning. Only idle changed to as lean as 17.2 or off the scale! THERE IS LEAK BETWEEN DP AND EXHAUST, THE O2 SENSOR GETS CONFUSED-FIXED
5.2 days back after 30minutes of driving, I floor it and at 5500rpm she started missfiring, did not rev any higher so I let go. This was in 5th gear. Few minutes again I tried in 3rd and she reved all the way to 9k. Yesterday the same thing, in 5th or 6th she does not rev past 5500rpm. VTEC is set at 6000rpm if you wander.
LOW OIL-HOPEFULLY FIXED
6.Anything above 95F outside temperature and she hits exactly 215F while cruising in 6th gear. VERY LOW load, no boost, no VTEC at 5500rpm and 85mph. Normally she does get this hot only when boosting like crazy for a longer period of time, so why would she get soooo hot during a LONG highway cruise?Again, no boost here, only cruising at 5500rpm with very load load and 14.4a/f. STIL NOT SURE IF FIXED,HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT OVERHEAT SINSE THE HEATER WORKS NOW

If you have any clue on point 1 OR 6 PLEASE help.
Radiator is Tabata 3 core one hell of an expensive thing, 1.3bar cap, new 50/50coolant, new Spoon thermostat, new Mugen fan switch.

I am NOT thinking about going stock again

First thing first. Are the calibrations for the ECT table from AEM or did you change them. Stock tables from AEM read about 20* F higher than they actually are. Second, what type of O2 sensor are you running? Are you running O2 feedback in the EMS? Have you checked your fuel pressure at idle? For the AC and heat not working, make sure that the heat selector arm under the hood (by the downpipe) has free movement. Also see how hot it's getting. Mine didn't work for the longest time and I found out that the sector wasn't moving when you adjusted the temp control on the dash. It was hitting my heatshield. I've since made a new heatshield and things work great.

I found out about the heater control thing just before reading this, works fine now.It was stucked at the same place as yours on the heatshield.
Idle runs lean cause there is a leak where the DP connects to the exhaust.Sensor is confused I guess.
Tuner did not have time to do the tables yet,but the manual coolant gauge shows 215F when the CEL comes on.Cody had it at 215F as far as I remember.Normaly the AEM EMS is seeing lower coolant tems when Below 190f.
Didn't check oil for 10days and it was way too low, that might have caused VTEC problems.
So I have solved a lot today, hopefully the overheating was caused by a lock up in the heater/coolant lines.

Believe me, I can sleep much better now....
