S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Thinking of spinning the vortech blower to 15 psi.

Ha, I'm also in ATL, I bet I know who this is

Good stuff you got going on, appreciate you forging ahead, I'll be following your footsteps with a lot of this.

did you not ask for the BLV set from 928?

Yes, that's exactly what I had installed. But when you're on the dyno, you don't know how far to unscrew it. So you turn it a couple turns and then do a pull. No effect, still too tight. Unscrew it a couple more turns, do another pull, still nothing. Unscrew further, another pull, still no change to the boost level. With more time we'd have kept unscrewing it until it started blowing off boost. (Obviously it was screwed in way too far, unless maybe the other shop painted it shut? Haha.) But since the 3.6" pulley only yielded 14.4 psi or so on my setup, I told them to just leave it and tune at that boost level. It was late in the evening and they'd done a ton of work already getting my ID1000's and wideband and new map sensor and throttle position sensor calibrated for the tune, so I was already happy that everything was working well with my E-manage Ultimate.

The nice thing about a supercharger is that if you just rev it a little lower, you never hit the highest boost level anyway. Since I almost never run to redline and spend most of my time in traffic at low / mid rpm, the peak boost level is irrelevant 99% of the time. And I'll probably order a smaller pulley and go back for a re-tune in June anyway. With more time we'll surely get the BLV set up right. (It has to work - unscrew it too much and the ball will fall out!)

14psi is fine for a blower on a stock CR F20.

Don't sweat it.

^ I'm a little iffy about a BOV.
Here in Aus, its illegal to have one vent to atmosphere, so I still have the Bosch by pass valve plugged in. But I read the Bosch is only good up to about 10psi. I'm running 16psi at 6500rpm atm and its still works.. but I plan on going ~20psi. I'm wondering if I should replace it or not?
And if I do, with what, that will C/T A/c compatible and easily plumbed back?

Forge is good stuff! My old roomate is a vendor for them. So I might buy one through him.
