Besides OEM throttle bodies, what other sizes or brands would work ok with the stock intake manifold?

Nearly all (with the possible exception of Hypertune) of the aftermarket large-bore throttle bodies are just bored out stockers fitted with a larger butterfly to fill the now-larger hole. Most of them also taper-bore so the hole gets even bigger towards the air filter.

 

So with a stock intake manifold I can run a larger throttle body with no issues? Because mine started to leak for some reason and I need to replace it ASAP!
