Tial is sending me a new 1.5 lb spring he said that would work best for a supercharge application opposed to the 3 lb spring
the kits came with.

He did say QRJ flows more than the QR, bc its going in at 50mm and coning down to become "R" recirculating
1". The QRJ in 38mm in and 38mm out. The Q flows the most but you will have the blow off noise during constant speed's or shifting.

I'm going to wait until I receive the newest 1.5lb spring next week to tear apart my system

As for the weld flange, it was meant to be welded to a pipe, I'll grind some of the 1/2 moon, it serves no purpose of a SOS cooler
Thanks for the info. Looking forward to your final setup and review on sound.

Life got busy, GF and her daughter moved in and had a thousand things to ready my house. Now back to playing with the car.
Sent the water box off to get modified, couple days and other weekend plans.
Next going to install another "Sideways" Cam Key and maybe new 3.6" SOS pulley

Drove about a mile last night trying to video. It is louder than the OE bosch Recircilating
I cut the air line from PVC check valve installed a "T" and feed 7/32 to the QRJ. both auto parts stores had 1/4 line but it was MASSIVE fuel line.

I installed the 1.5lb spring. you can hear the blow off until accelerating. I might try the 3.0lb supplied spring just to compare.

Now need a catch can setup.

sorry for the iPhone video, hard to video and drive at same time
