I might start to overlap, but I am sure being its recent it should have the last few highway pulls, it depends on how the datalogging was set up, its pretty awesome, after every track day I look at knock, timing, if any timing was being pulled, IATs how long it takes me to shift peak PSI blah blah, it tells you EVERYthing you need to know to let you know how the tune is and how your car has been running etc

Have you checked the idler cam gear to make sure you have the center bolt seated properly. I know it's possible to get the thick inner washer jammed on the center bolt while tightening it and it'll seem correct until you run it for a while and the washer will fall loose and make the gear run loosly on the bolt. When the center bolt is on correct, the allen key head of the bolt sets about 1/4" into the head. Check this real quick.

I was just about to post that spoolin, I agree I have had the exact same noise from this issue and resolved with resetting the washer.

hmm, I looked at it this morning and it looked right, I'll take a picture tonight, in some other news i can't get the crank nut off, the ati pulley doesnt have the groove for the honda crank pulley tool, 3 different air impact guns, 2 electric impact guns, torches, splicing my 2 compressors together for more pressure, a lot of cursing, nothing works, we even tried a ghetto method of putting a breaker bar on the nut and the other end on the floor and started the car bc we have ran out of ideas, i really wish ati included the grooves for the honda crank pulley tool, bc this is such a bitch

that sucks major cock. How da f@#k do they expect you to remove it then? matco impact gun. when i did my clutch, my wimpy gun couldnt remove the trans bolts. i had to borrow a matco gun from a mechanic to get it off. compressor pressure turned all the way up too.

good luck brotha. i have been there, and i gave up

What kind of gun are you using??

Not that It really matters, I have an IR Titanium 1/2 rated @ 1200 ftlb and it still wouldnt budge my crank bolt @ 150psi line pressure.

know anyone with a 3/4" gun? Maybe a truck shop or some heavy mechanic work
