Also,

You can try putting it in gear, and having a buddy sit on the brakes. I know it's hood, but if you already tried starting the car (terrible idea btw) you can't get much worse lol

I know i wasnt proud of that move but I was out of options, we tried the way on the brakes and in gear too but it was flexing too much, maybe i can try that again with the charge pipe off to get some more room, we used 2 electric impact guns a snap on and a matco one, and 2 pos air guns and one good one rated to 700 ft/lbs, my buddy has a snap on one rated to 1500 ft/lbs, we r gonna try that one later, but man f@#k u ati for not including that groove

i had same issue, i used a tool looked like a vise grip had a chain and some grove,wrapped around the pulley, rested tool on block of wood (since noone seemed like they could hold it in place!! while i used my big breaker bar) but it worked... it didnt mess it up something similar to the link below

An option is to drill through the crank pulley bolt very carefully. Sell the ati and get a stock pulley.
