Where do I apply the pressure? Here's a pic:

Red arrow is the tensioner? Yellow is the tensioner bolt? So, I loosen the yellow bolt, place pry bar / larger flat heat, etc., under the tensioner roller, apply pressure...tighten yellow bolt again? Does that sound correct?

You insert the lever from the right side of the car just ahead of the silver bracket so that it is on top of the tensioner arm. When you push down it levers the tensioner wheel against the belt.
