Time for boost + juice
Hey guys, its time for me to add some boost to my setup. I'm fully capable of installing and what not but not good with N20 + boost
My only quesion is....
I know the greddy kit maxes out around 310 whp or so, with this kit can i manage to run higher numbers with a 75-100 shot on top of that or will the turbo not be able to handle it? Would EMS be overkill, maybe emanage would just do?
I did a search and did not find anything, sorry for what seems to be a ridiculous question, i'm looking forward to be taught something,
Thanks a ton guys.

you can make 450 with a proper turbo instead of using a 75 shot and a greddy kit. I bet an inline pro kit with a 50 shot would be real sick. I havent seen anyone do nitrous and boost with an s2k really. It makes a huge torque increase on a turbo motor. Good luck man. But GReddy is one to stay away from get an IP or PFAB kit.
thing is that with a properly sized turbo, you wont need the n2o...especially if its a street car. n2o+turbo = big wheel spin. I would sell the n2o setup to help fund a turbo setup. yes you can run both but it will be way overkill unless you are a big drag racer.
as other said, boost it right and you wont need the nitrous. pick your power level, and build for that. 400whp with turbo on a equal length mani is childs play. hell, even on a log mani you can make that safely. DEW IT
i love boost

I would run either/or. It seems like there would be way to many variables to work with. If you do plan on doing it, i would definitely run an AEM EMS, or standalone that can switch between maps (ie. your regular boost map and the nitrous plus boost). You probably wouldn't need to spray fuel with the nitrous like you do now, but the direct port should help with individual cylinder fuel percentages. Something like individual EGT sensors on the exhaust runners would help with individual cylinder issues etc...
Honestly, a well designed equal length manifold with right sized turbo for your power goals should solve all your straight line needs.

just like what everyone said... if your gonna get a Turbo kit... Specifically greddy?? just sell your nos kit and get a better turbo kit and you will be making that 400+hp number and you wont have to refill any bottles of nos anymore either
