If its the OEM one you have to cut little slits in the bolts holding the TPS on. I used a dremel to do that and then a flat head screwdriver takes the bolts right out.

i used a hack saw to cut a slit in the rivit and then used a flat head screwdriver to remove it, then got some nice allen key hardware from the store
