Does someone have any suggestions for the trans and diff fluid with forced induction?
Are there better options compared to the Honda recommendations or should i stay with them?
Power level should be somewhere between 400 and 500 whp.

Transmission: Honda
Diff: Amsoil or Valvoline

 

I ran NEO 75w90RHD (awesome gear oil) in the trans with around 500 wtq for quite a while with no issues. It seemed to help the stock trans live longer as it was my second one.

 

I use GM synchromesh 10-4014 in the trans and Amsoil 75w140 in the oem diff, I just put a 8.8 diif kit in with true trac lsd and using Torco RGO 85w140. No problems I have tried many fluids in the trans found the gm fluid seems to shift the best.

 

Im oem honda in trans and le1605 in the diff. No problems....yet.

 

If you have stock diff Mobil 1 75-90 works. And oem tranny fluid.
