Default trouble on start up

Just got my car back together and I'm running into a problem. The car starts fine on the stock ecu even with the big injectors. But when I put the aem ems in I'm not getting any spark. Has anyone had similar problems like this?

The car was tuned for just driveability. If anyone could help or loan a map for 1000cc injectors it would be much appreciated

my AEM EMS does the same thing, i get spark, but just enough to barely get the car started, dont know why but i have heard this happens all the time with an AEM EMS. It sucks cause now if i leave the headlights on for a split second longer when the car is off, the battery dies and needs to be jumped.

Dont know if there is a way to fix it, but i will ask my mechanic later today when i see him.

Phil, I kinda have a similar problem. Check this out:

My car was all fine. Last night I connected my laptop to the EMS to save the settings. Didn't touch anything. Unplugged the laptop, tried to start the car and i didn't get any spark. It's been less than 1000 miles since I changed them and I don't even get on it a lot
