S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

I maybe wrong
Im no engineer but i dont think that another set of fans ( extra one in front of the condenser ) is A good idea.

I think its gonna add restriction when cruising. " maybe " even screw the flow for the oem fans.

But like i said ... I cant proove my theory

drivers side is the stock fan. the passenger side fan is some bobo one off summit racing that fit between teh radiator and the turbo piping. fans are set up thorugh aem to turn on all the time. they dont cycle.

mine are set up to cycle. And come on with the a/c just like stock.

Im going to evac my system in the next couple of days and see if i was low on freon and properly fill it to spec. (although i think my a/c is just fine)

I might just have to add higher flowing fans. To over come the restriction of the heat exchanger.

I'm thinking about running one Spal 12 inch extreme fan on the drivers side and a 11 inch slim on the passenger side as it's more cramped from the turbo.

Not a bad idea to check just to eliminate that from the equation or possible problems.

You could just top of the system yourself to see if that fixes the issue. I'm betting that's all it needs and you'll be back to cold AC all the time.

Before you dump any time and money into fans, confirm the setting in the aem. Then have the ac system checked.

I had an identical problem years ago with aem. A shop confirmed the pressure was fine in the ac system but it was not flowing well. I changed the cheaper item which was the valve near the battery but it ended up being the ac compressor had failed.

Adding fans will not help. Have the sytem checked professionally. They can verify the pressures and determine the root cause. If needed, they can easily find the leaks and recharge the system. They will also verify your refrigeranf contents to be certain it is 100% r135a.

If you insist, you can rent the gauges yourself at autozone or the like. Do not charge the system with anything other than pure r134a.

They could've know the ac compressor was bad when they checked pressures unless they just evacuated the system and refilled to spec.

Im leaning towards something in the a/c system not being in spec either.

Huh? We did evacuate the system. We tested as much as we could and found either valve or comprrssor was bad. I did the valve first which didnt fix the issue. Then i did the compressor and that fixed the issue
