The kit has been released now and a pre-order can be placed: https://www.tts-performance.co.uk/pr...0-ccw-2025-kit

Mine will be shipped soon and I can't wait! I'll be replacing the clutch pressure group with ACT, radiator with a Koyorad, run a Doctronic ECU and a few bits and bobs such as all new coolant hoses.

I'll try to make pictures of the build process and some videos.

Kinda disappointed with this release.

They switched to an aftercooler while I prefer an intercooler like on their previous kits.

Also still no word on a C38R option..

Not much to be disappointed with, aftercooler is much better for max power, even with slightly warmer air temps compared to front mount. More direct air to the radiator for coolant, and if the C30 fits, the larger units will work too.

I have a plan for making the C38R CCW work with the old KW kit. The cogged version.

The cogged belt is ditched, a proper eibbed belt and tensioner is used, and obviously belt routing is all different.

But if you have existing kit, upgrade is just replace head unit, replace pulleys, fit tensioner.

I also have a plan for ribbed belt conversion with proper tensioner for cogged system.

I also have a plan for a C30 CCW kit with heat exchanger and ribbed belt and tensioner, with my own bracket system. Basically like what TTS is offering now, but ribbed.

If only I had time. And money.

Do not bother messing with the KW kit, its a terrible mounting system. In fact, everything about it is terrible.

Agree, its junk. But I literally have a fix for everything that is wrong with it, that won't bust the budget. Yes, even the bracket mounting. Rock solid now.
