I will be running the ACT HD pressure plate with the Competition full face segmented ceramic clutch to see how it holds and feel. Using Stock AP1 flywheel. If it doesn't hold, I'll go to the 6 puck sprung disk. The 6 puck sprung disk is like an off and on clutch feel. You may not like it. I do my own clutch change, so it only takes a day and some beer to get it done.

Ran the stock disc with the ACT HD pressure plate and the car was able to hold around ~400-450whp turbo. Once I went to E85 20psi, the clutch slipped and glazed and that was it. Had to switch out to the 6 puck sprung disk and it has been holding well up to 30psi.

I figure with SC, I could get away with something that has more bite than the stock disc, but not the on and off feel of the 6 puck. The twin disk is an option, but I rather change out $130 discs every now and then.

Kit looks very nice and well designed but I have a couple of questions regarding this kit.
1. Machining of the OEM crank pulley and grinding the steering rack tab is required?
2. If so how does the TTS Crank pulley prevent from spinning from the stock crank pulley as I don’t see any grooves or tabs to hold it in place to prevent from spinning as it appears in the pictures in your instructions?

3. Able to use a aftermarket harmonic crank pulley like ATI damper with your crank pulley?
4. The pulley ratios the same between the Supersport kit and Race kit?
5. Will it fit a aftermarket radiator with stock fan with either the Supersport or Race kit?
6. What size intercooler is in the race kit?
7. Where is the 18psi boost measurement being taken from? Manifold, charger?

Zwin answers to your questions :
The torque on the crank bolt is enough to stop the pulley spinning. The kit comes with a pulley holding tool so you can apply the big torque number accurately..
The stock pulley still retains it's damper. I doubt others could be modified to suit.
Pulley sizes available are 125 and 135 mm dia. The larger one is for the 2.2 engine. The pulleys are the same for Supersport and race.
The fmic has both inlet and outlet pipes coming round from the left as you look at the front of the car. I can't see that any rad would be a problem.
The size of the ic is approx. 28 in. X 12 x 4.25. The efficiency of the core is we're the gains are plus csa of pipes
Boost is measured at the std place on the manifold.

That's my old car and kit. It's only got better. By the way we are sending the kits out with Walbro GST450 pumps unless anyone has a problem with them.
