Contact Mase1. He regularly flies all over the place tuning. If you are willing to pay airfare, there is no one better, IMO.
Or through his website:

If you hope to see any real power, you had better get MUCH larger injectors. I doubt you will see 400rwhp with the 440's, especially with the lowered compression. Stock ones are 330cc, I think...

when I contacted full-race about what's needed to run 500whp they said 1000cc injectors. just throwing that out there as a point of reference for you.
Depends on the setup and how efficient it is.
I'm sure you will get plenty of hits for this but I would be willing to do it. I have tuned plenty of S2000's and flown around to tune before my current job (admittedly not S2000's though). Here is a thread about my current car for reference; Thread although it runs on a M800 I have tuned plenty of K-Pro's on S2000's as well as K Series engines. I will be tuning it tonight or tomorrow night on some fuel I blended myself and am hoping to break to stock long block record on the dyno 1/4mi. this weekend
2nd the injector comment, and nice choice on the hardtop I have one sitting upstairs waiting to go on.
