Default Tuning for more boost.

Hey guys sorry for this noob question but I searched and couldnt find a for sure answer. My current setup is a ap1 with a totally stock vortech kit with a v-afc2. Here is the question. I purchased a 9 lb pulley and 440cc injectors. I wanted to know if it would be a safe setup running the larger injectors the v-afc 2 and a 9lb pulley. I know it will run a little rich at idle and I am ok with that. I am more concerned with will I get enough fuel with some tuning with the v-afc and will the vortech black box bump my timing enough to keep me safe with 93 octane gas. I know I will be able to make more power with either greddy ultimate or standalone but for the time being I just want to know if that setup would be safe. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't recommend it. Sounds like a very expensive way of being cheap.
