Default Which turbo is better?

I'm trying to put together budget turbo setup, which turbo would be better (and will either one realistically pull for ~400-450 hp) ?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/161983722806
http://www.ebay.com/itm/171797844313
or
http://www.ebay.com/itm/271961281040

My understanding this will give me noticeable boost already at 3-3.5k rpm?
Also what is it gonna be air consumption @ 12-15 psi boost @ 8k rpm ?

PLM T3 twin scroll on its way. If I dont get internal w/g I'll go with 2x http://www.ebay.com/itm/182040921301 but proper pluming for dual w/g is pain in arse, not mentioning money.

Thanks

Honestly I would never put a ebay remanned turbo on my s2000.

Look for a lightly used precision turbo you can grab for under 1k.

The turbo is the heart of the set up, if you gonna cheap out dont do it on the turbo.

What he says... if you wanna go cheap on the turbo go cheap in a good way like Borg warners are 600+ dollars sometimes cheaper and they are proven.

Agreed. Take a look in the FI For Sale subforum.

I see what you say but one of them is new garrett not reman. What s wrong with that?
Bw s200 does not come with t3 at least no ebay sales for that.
Precision/turbonetics are not twin scroll in this price range
I know gtx is what you guys want for everyone to have, but if someone can answer topic question that would be great.

Budget turbo kit is almost like an oxymoron. And the best answer would be in the FI threads about turbo selections like previously mentioned. Good luck.

Used would be your best bet for saving money. There is some kits and turbo alone for sale on the FI For Sale Threads.

The last turbo you listed does appear to be a Garrett turbo, but it is very small. It is going to be tough to find a t3 divided housing large enough to fit the F series motor. If you don't care about making much power (280-300ish whp I would estimate) then the GT3271 will work.

However, I suggest going with an open t3 Borg Warner. The s200 turbos are available with t3 housings.

Funny, garrett claims up to 420 hp for its gt3271, but if it dies before 40 lbs/min this seems unrealistic to me.
Am i right assuming NA s2k draws ~20lbs/min of air?

If i go off 200 whp for 240 hp na, and gt3271 can take it to 420 hp, then i would expect 350 whp. That is if gt3271 can truly give 420...

I wouldn't run a divided housing on a T3 flange, even if it is a twin scroll manifold. The s2000 head flows A LOT of air and a divided T3 will become a bottleneck. Run a open T3 borg warner or journal bearing precision.

But what s with spool time/low rpm boost?
Doesnt twin scroll give you pros here?
If i can double torque in 4-7k rpm range i couldnt care less if it dies at 8.5
