Default Turbo Coolin

So I am going from VTSC to a Inline kit here in a year when i get back from deployment. I lookin to put 430-450whp down. But i want to start collecting parts nowish. I know the kit is pretty complete and a lot of people run the stage 1 kit as a DD. I just want to get a list together of things so it can make a trip confidently to the Dragon or to Kings Dominion. 3-5hr drives with some spirited runs. So i want to ensure coolant and oil temps will stay low.

Purchasing along with the kit:
ARP head studs
3mm Head Gasket
Inline Valve train
750cc Inj.
Inline Fuel Rail

I have the AEM EMS and i think the Vortech FMU should work with the Inline pro.

I dont know about these. Last pieces to the puzzle:

1.Radiator (suggestions of best bang for the buck)
2.Water/Meth (Prob snow or AEM)(joey balls howd that prob work out for you?)
3.Oil Cooler (suggestions)
4.Should i wrap manifold, turbo, anything?
5. Your free space.

Thanks in Advance

on my setup i went with these items for cooling issues:

samco hoses
koyo radiator
spoon fan switch
mugen thermostat

on my gauge cluster im usually at 2 or 3 bars for my ap1...

i would recommend wrapping the wastegate dumptube and getting some sort of blanket/shield for the turbo...

I would just get the injector dynamics 1000cc with clips. Upgrade the turbo to a 6062 6165 or 6265 bb. Oil relocation kit, make sure you have a very good boost controller, no cheapy cheapy. There single made good gains on my car.

I will be buying the best of everything. I will never cut a corner with FI. I have already tried it once and I learned my two thousand dollar lesson. A hundred dollars saved is two thousand spent.

And why upgrade the turbo? Is the one with the kit not good enough for 430whp?

I think his point is you'll want to go bigger eventually, might as well do it now.

6165 is a nice turbo.

I don't want to down inline pro. They are very helpful and their kit is a very good dd kit.

The power bug hits everyone though, and their log manifold really takes alot of your upgrade path away.

If I had to do it all over again I'd go with a full race kit, with relocations on battery and fusebox. Unlimited upgrade potential for later on.

I have the InlinePro kit on right now. If I had it to do over again I would go with either Mase Engineering or P-Fab's ELTM kit.

But, to answer your questions if you do go with the ILP kit: The stock radiator is working fine for me so far even during hot Florida summers. I have DEI wrap on my manifold, downpipe and dump tube. Wrapping the mani was a pain because of its odd shape but its doable. I also have a turbo blanket from T1R which I highly recomend given how close the turbo's hotside sits to the engine mount with this kit.

Also, I'll second Revenge on the Injector Dynamics 1000cc. They are great.

^^ +1 for the mase kit.

If i had to do it all over again go Mase, it looks like the most complete kit out there.

make sure to get a clutch asap.
