turbo kit without anything else...

would it be safe to get a bolt on turbo kit but not change the internals?? just a safe tuned car?? im not trying to get crazy HP numbers just a lil more kick in the pants

is turbo/sc safe tho? with a tune of course but witout internals because my dad has a exhaust shop i can fab something up for a custom turbo kit easy
