Even if I don't have any good advice to give you, I really like reading your thread. Nice setup you got there.
I have the ILP kit coming my way anytime soon(just waiting for Chris to ship it out).
One thing in common is the "small" turbine housing. I have the .48 coming too. So I am very intrested in your experiences with it. (My turbo will be the gt3076r)

Wish you best of luck with the upcoming tune etc!

Regards from Sweden
Thanks again! Goodluck on your setup in sweden ! I will keep you guys posted.. Along with dyno numbers and pics!

Hey guys I'm finally happy to say my car has been tuned thanks to Mikey at Profunction! My car dyno'd 351whp @ 12psi 7k rpms! The dyno pull was only till 7k rpm because the clutch was slipping. I drove the car yesterday and today I think the only issue is I dont see full boost till about 6,500-7k rpms. This thing really moves when it gets going! Turbo is the best thing i've done to this s2k!

Boost controller is all the way down
running off a 4psi external wastegate spring (its holds full boost (12psi) at around 6-7k rpms)???

78,000 miles (stock clutch)

I think the issue might be xs power external wastegate?..

Future plans

ACT 6 puck clutch
3 inch dp and full exhaust
18psi

I should be doing over 400whp once everything is ready.

Thanks to

Ya inline pro

Chris inline pro

Mikey (profunction)

Wilke Inc (install)

I couldn't have done it without them!

I believe the issue for the lag is my external wastegate. It is an xs power 38mm there are known for diaphram problems?! . I plan to get tial 38mm wg asap!

Looks like you are going to need a lot of heat wrap also.
