That dyno run doesn't look right at all. The jump at 7000 rpm would be very odd even if you had a large turbo. You may want to fix your boost creep and clutch issues and then get tuned again. The turbo starts to boost around 5k rpm.

This is a custom turbo kit. Everything was pieced together except the manifold!

It was made by CJB80

When I get the tial wastegate I'm hoping the issue is resolved!

update! installed tial 38mm wastegate! Wow what a difference! full boost is around 4,000 rpms! (holding around 10psi)

xs wastegate- was the issue , also dump tube is vented to atmosphere there were 2 large areas that weren't welded shut in the dump tube, I had them rewelded ) car runs much smoother, sounds nice and deep, boost kicks in much sooner!


Next mod:

sometime in the future- ACT 6 puck clutch, 3 inch full exhaust

re-dyno tune the car.
