Turbo S2000 fuel system(for dummies)
Excellent thread. I wish I had read it a few months ago. I made some purchasing decisions I will need to unwind. In the months ahead I will be adding the SoS GT3582R kit. Will my tuner need a full tank of E85 to tune or should he tune on 93 which will be my go-to fuel? ALSO - What about the fuel pulse damper that is on the AP1 stock fuel rail? How have you - others managed that? There a number of threads on how these have failed.
One overlooked thing about boosting is, you don't have to put on a turbo kit before tuning a car. You can install your entire fuel system and ECU first and get the car to start, idle, and drive before installing a turbo, this way you know that you've installed everything correctly instead of adding even more variables with a turbo kit.
Can I post up my setup for a 2nd option? It's been fairing me well and I've been on it for 5+ years with zero issues.

2200cc Five-O Motorsports EV14 Blackops injectors (Genuine Bosch injectors): These are E85 compatible and work great. Idle at 1000rpm with zero issues.
Walbro450 E85 fuel pump
AEM Science of Speed modified fuel rail
AEM fuel pressure regulator
Science of Speed return fuel system
Science of Speed fuel pump wiring kit
I run E85 all the time making 515whp.
