Turbo S2k & boost creep

I can make my boost creep on purpose though.... GT35R and Tial wastegate.
give about 30% throttle starting at 3,000rpm then keep reving at that pace till 7K. The turbo will be screaming it's going so fast yet the waste gate is shut due to partial throttle. Then instantly put your foot to the floor, watch the boost jump from 7.5 psi to 9psi for just a split second.
That's not normal boost creep though, in general its never an issue for me.

your having boost creep with a FR manifold and 44mm tial? sounds suprising. Not doubting you though... what boost level is your target and what is it creeping to?
full race manifolds are notorious for creeping on b series and k series.
K-series with FR mani on the dyno with the wastegate held pneumatically open from 3000 RPM, and once it hit 6000 RPM, it just ran to the same boost level. We put a restrictor in the exhaust as Geoff suggested to increase the backpressure and the exhaust went out the wastegate and boost was controllable.
