Turbo setup advice

Hey guys i just picked up a Revhard cast manifold, 5bolt downpipe and some intercooler piping. Im shooting for around 280-300whp and would like to keep my cruise control(AEM EMS is out).
1)Would a T3/T4 be okay for 300whp?
2)At 7psi making 280-300 what size injectors would i need?
3)Would the stock fuel pump be enough?
4)E-manage Blue enough for smooth idling and tuning or should i get Ultimate.
Im trying to keep this as cheap as possible but using quality parts.(besides the intercooler + piping)
I have never had a turbo car(installed a JRSC on my B16a Civic..), but im pretty good with honda motor swaps and installing parts.

Something like the Inline, Full Race, MASE or Ultimate racing is probably what you want but may be much more than you bargined for.
You are not to far from me and I am installing my Inline kit now. Feel free to stop by and I can show some of the things you will have a hard time finding here. I can have G352s2K stop by with the new Greddy kit he just installed. Just shoot me a PM and I will send my phone number.

Another thing i never thought about!
I have a VAFC-II with frog PNP harness, when i hook up the emanage, will the vafc be able to tell me boost? Im going to guess no since i will have a check valve preventing the MAP from picking up this positive pressure. But if it did that would save me some money on a boost gauge.

just picked up a 38mm wastegate and dump tube.
total spent so far...long way to go
$460
Manifold
Downpipe
EGT sensor(prob not gonna use that)

does that wg/dump combo work on the revhard mani you bought?
Reqmilla had the same setup in 2005

Also ill have to cut and reweld the angle on the dumptube.
so in the end , yes it will work.
Anyone know a rough est'd length of the turbo oil feed/drain lines
decided to dig this up for a new question.
I have moved farther along in my build. I now have:
Inline pro relocation kit
rc 550cc injectors w/clips/pigtails
walbro255 fuel pump
im intending to use a T3/60-1 turbo with the revhard manifold and im curious/worried about the oil lines...
After seeing so many dyno sheets of AEM EMS tuned cars and Emanage tuned cars...i deiced that AEM is the way to go. Good bye cruise control
Anyone with the revhard kit or a kit with a similarly placed turbo with cast log manifold want to help me out by measuring the lengths of there oil lines so ican have some made and just bolt them on when everythings ready?
I also am wondering whats a good fitting to use to tap into the oil pan?

You shouldn't need a "check valve," you're not using a 12:1 FMU, a VAFC hack, and this isn't 1998. Stock MAP sensor will read up to at least 10psi.
Don't bother listening to the people that say "don't do it unless you do a Greddy kit..." It most certainly can be done for less expensive, with even higher quality parts, with more room to grow.
My advice for you would be to sell that VAFCII, because it's useless and you won't need it anyway with a F I/C or EMU (whichever you go with). And in deciding that, you first need to determine who's tuning the car, and what they prefer.
Injectors, RC550 or 750CC Saturated will do, you'll find the 550's cheaper, but if you ever plan on going over 300whp you're going to have to step up. Keep in mind you'll need spacers for them.
You keep asking about a "T3/T4..." Well, there's a lot of different variations of the T3/T4. Again, consult with whoever is tuning the car. You also need to consider where under the curve you're looking for more power. For instance, a 57 trim turbo would be fine for your horsepower level, but if you're looking for low to midrange power you'll want a .63A/R. If you're looking for mid to high range power, you'll want an 82.A/R. Do some research. The Honda-Tech forced induction forum is a great place to start with that.
You don't need a T3/60-1 unless you plan on upping boost. And although I'm not positive, I would be willing to bet that you're going to have space constraints with the RevHard manifold...the 60-1 might not fit without cutting some things up.
Yes you'll need a fuel pump. They're only $90 bucks, cough it up.
My advice is to stay completely away from eBay/"Godspeed" wastegates, turbos, and why not, blow off valves too. They're cheap China junk, and that's the kind of part you don't want to even think about breaking. Like a wastegate while you're under boost. No thanks.
I'd search around Honda-Tech for injectors, Tial 38 or Turbosmart 38 wastegate, Tial or other name brand BOV, and nice low mileage used turbo. Me personally would be happy with a .57 .63 A/R T3/T4...it will support your power goals, and it will be VERY responsive. Plus they're cheap...you'll find one for $350-$400 no problem at all. Wastegate/BOV around $150 each. Make sure you don't get an old beat up wastegate, and verify the spring installed.
As for intercooler and piping, Godspeed sells the intercooler kits from the above mentioned kit on eBay for like $400 bucks. Can't beat that. Piping and everything.
A dumptube you're probably going to have to have made. Shouldn't be expensive. Get a flange for $10, and find a local fabricator, they'll probably do it for $50.
As for turbo plumbing, check out Stealthmode Performance, they have quality parts for good prices. That's another thing you don't want to skimp out on, unless you like crossing threads and cleaning up oil leaks.
And that should be that. If you buy quality parts, lightly used, wisely, and don't skimp out on the parts I mentioned, you'll have a great running kit at 300whp that will be plenty of fun, and more importantly, reliable...all for under $2500 bucks.
