Minus the BOV and clutch recommended, looks like you have it pretty well covered. The 6031 turbo is rated for about 590hp, but you could make 550+whp on your car depending on the setup. When you get a downpipe, if its not custom make sure it matches your manifold/turbo setup.

given the lack of experience, why didn't you just go with an integrated kit? Not knocking, just asking. We sell suspension systems and always remind our customers that it is fine to piece together a kit if you know what you're doing but can be disasterous if you don't.

Anyway, just to add per your inquiry, a much reinforced driveline including axles.

I dont disagree, I have very limited knowledge with turbos and hondas. but ive done my fair share of building cars. plus i do work for honda, and the techs are helping with all of this, just wanted to ask all you pros for your inputs.

Oh, I am not a pro on FI! I actually went out and bought a prebuilt car built and serviced at a reputable shop (InLine Pro) and have had them tune it exclusively since purchase because of the aforementioned. That stated, they have done me right even when I haven't always been pleasent. Been very happy and frankly happier since actually doing business than prior to which may be the highest complement of all. See your point though, with your support system it does buy some freedom. You're not going to believe how f'ing monsterous this auto gets with FI even with a conservative tune. May I STRONGLY suggest putting some money aside for BBK (at least front) and quality suspension ala AST/Moton/JRZ/Penske/Ohlins or the auto may just kill you....

Driving on a 4 psi spring will prob creep to 7 or 8 psi if you go hard at it (I have a 10psi spring and it creeps to 14psi)...that would put your engine somewhere in the range of "pop" and "ka-boom" ha ha! Well as far as running the EMS on just the base map anyway...you'll have to have alot of know how to tune the AEM EMS base map for the S2000 to run with those injectors/fuel pump etc... the base map has no compensation for boost, although there are injector wizards to help you setup the injectors...I'd say unless you can get a base map from someone with a similar setup just wait till you get it tuned. If you don't hit boost then the base map in the EMS will send the command for the stock 310cc (maybe 330cc?) injectors to inject x amount of fuel...and your 750cc injectors will put out two to three times as much with the same input so then you would most likely run so rich you'd foul your plugs and wash your rings...so I wouldn't recommend it unless you know how to street tune the AEM EMS...I've been tweaking mine lately and trust me there is more to it than you think ! I've got a few different maps but they are all for 1000cc injectors and a GT35R at 14psi so I don't think they'd help you too much. Good luck!
