It's not that I bought it as a tuner kit, I purchased it used.

I have a carb sticker and paperwork so it's essentially approved. There is no way they are going to validate the turbo when doing a smog check. It would be impossible to tell the difference without disassembling the car. Same for the downpipe. The cat looks like a stock one, and the only way I would fail is if it doesn't pass the sniffer.

You're correct, it was modified for the kit. The thing I forgot was the fact you have to make a bracket for the wastegate actuator, my mistake. Otherwise all of the flanges bolt up perfectly.
