Default Turbo wont boost past 11psi

I have the greddy kit, AEM EMS, Greddy Profec B boost controller, 750cc injectors running on E85 fuel. I was running 14psi and the car was fantastic. Had to change out to a 2 bar GM map sensor from the Omni 4 bar as we couldnt get the car to run right on light throttle.

Now for some reason the turbo will not boost over 11psi. Im a complete newbie and just looking for suggestions as to why? I have inspected all the bolts and nothing has backed out, no cracks on the manifold. I can run the EBC at 100% and still only see 11psi. If I run off the wastegate I am seeing 7-8psi which is normal for the kit.

We havent been able to find any boost leaks. Im thinking maybe the EBC isnt functioning right (maybe solenoid is gone?), perhaps the wastegate flapper is loose and Im bleeding boost or lastly my turbo is broken (only done about 1500miles).

Im taking the car to my mechanic friend on the weekend and was just looking at suggestions as to what i should be doing or checking first and what are the mostly likely cause/causes for not making the boost i used to.

Cheers

Mark

The car has spent countless hours on the dyno and is tuned for 14psi on E85. It was tuned very safely. After pming Dcraft, this turbo is good way past 10psi.

Hi Chris, when the car was running 14psi we had the set value at 88% and start boost at 72

now I have tried numerous setting at set value at 100% and start boost at 72 still only seeing 11psi.

I know you changed the Omni to stock and the car ran fine. The sensor was then changed a GM sensor. Did you change the AEM ems sensor setting with the final change?

I spike to 14psi tuned for 12, I have a Fuel-cut off and serious timing pulled when I hit 14PSI

The Meth and this cold weather I hit 13PSI and the AFR's are sub12's I love it

Might want to do a boost leak down test. Plug the engine inlet and turbo outlet add at tire valve stem pressureize to 20 lb and looks for leaks. You may be running way off the curve.
