sounds farfetched but maybe you stretched out the spring in the wastegate actuator?

Think, Ill have to do a leakdown test as suggested to be sure of no leaks.

Im thinking that it has something to do with the wastegate/actuator. Just doesnt make sense.

lol....sorry shock of the moment cuz when you said noobie the first thing im thinking.
" o great its not tuned and its running at 14lbs of boost" i wonder how long it will last boosting that high. especially since there have been many posts about the efficiency range being at 10lbs. but racing fuel..............that might be another story

Well thought i would update and let everyone know that it was my EBC. Not the solenoid but the controller. For a breif moment I had my 14psi back and it was pure bliss. Now I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a replacement

Electronic boost controller.

Car is a beast at the moment. Im going to see how much more we can push the turbo on E85. Ill try and get it on the dyno and up it another 1 or 2 psi. Ill try and do a run on a dyno dynamics so we can compare my numbers down here with yours.

if you really wanna make sure its not the wastegate put a helper spring on it. Lemme explain. Get a throttle cable spring set from autozone or whatever. Use a couple springs on the wastegate arm to keep it closed with some force. See what boost you see then. You should see more boost and also hold more boost ( less dropoff after the initial spike ).
